Missing message log data
i cannot seem to access the message log data from the December 2025-January 2026 billing cycle. It says data is unavailable at this time and to try back later but it’s been saying that since the end of the cycle in January. Is anyone else having trouble with to this? How do I fix it?
Why does it take Verizon 2 months to disconnect phones
I have been trying to get phones off my bill, also a watch that was lost a year ago. I have been calling and speaking to service people for a month and they are still charging me for phones not on my bill, anyone have a email that can start paper trail?
Account Credit for outage in January

I did speak to someone in Billing, and they stated that my bill shouldn't have changed when adding ESPN Unlimited. They gave me a credit on my current bill and put in a request to have my credits restored to my plan. We'll see what happens when I get my next bill.
