I paid my phone bill for this month, but I have other bills related to a line service I removed because the phone got damaged and hasn't been usable since. I still have to pay thousands of dollars to pay it off, and I’m making payments on it. However, they shouldn't cut off the service I’ve already paid for just because I can’t pay the entire bill at once. I did paid service bills and other bills together and now i cant even get to talk with agent that i must be pay first. i feel like i might change to new carriers because its wrong for them that i already paid for whole month
