Verizon is forcing me to pay thousands of dollars to release my phone number, I have fallen behind on my bill and they have charged me a ridiculous amount of money on late charges. I want to terminate my contract in order for me to do that I have to pay them 3x the amount of my normal bill on late charges, I have to pay thousands of dollars for the 5 devices I have on my account to be able to release my contract which ends in 3 months. Verizons customer service is absolutely disgusting to deal with. I have been dealing with this and many other issues for months and I have spoken to about 15 people and keep being bounced around from department and nobody wants to help me.
