2 days ago I went into the verizon store wanting to switch from att to verizon. I asked about all of the details and billing and all before going to ATT to pay them $1500 to pay off two phones. I was told I would get $1000 credit for one of my phones to go towards a new iphone. I agreed to that and they told me my total bill would be $75. Today i look at my bill online and see that its $152.97 a month. I then call the store and speak with the manager about this issue, she then tells me to wait until saturday to talk to chris. I said is there noone in the store that can help me. She said no, he did the transaction and we dont know what he did, I said well you were standing right beside him the entire time and i know someone can pull up my account there in the store. they said no. This is no way to treat a new customer and ive tried calling *611 i was told that since they told me to come to the store saturday that they cant help me. I personally do not want to deal with these same people.
