so i had placed an order mistakenly thinking it was a watch especially since it came w promotion for the holidays
well i been canceling the shipment and no mattwr hoq.many times.it.doesnt cancle.and then they said they had delivered it but i.never recieved. anything thw fruatrating part is.that i have.to go out my.way to go return a package.that i didnt want ? and.on top of that they tell me they gave the.package to.directly to soomeone omg did they bother to use ID beforehanding over my package.also im going to be billed for tthis device i never.recevied.or wanted.i was.suppose.to recieve a watch. not the.ring -_-
also the promotions for the holidays where aee the emails for redeemingthe xbox.and.the tv ?
can costumer support please help ans get all this.fixed
