I have been with verizon for 3 years and this is the worst experience i have ever had i transferred from tmobile to be treated like this you have to stay on the phone 3 hours and still no help do anyone know a number that i can call where they will not lie to you about your bill please help they will not transfer you to a manger at all if you can please help that will be appreciated

Can you perhaps explain to the community members what you have questions about on your bill? Please don't include any personal information when describing the issue. The members might have seen something similar and understand what is going on or one of the VZW reps that roam the board can reply and continue to assist in the thread or move it to the private message channel if it involves any account specific details.

I was promise a discount never got it, they cut my phone off every week i have been sick so i fell behind but i paid what i could pay and still that is not good enough i am just going back to tmobile
