I can not gain access to visually see my final bill. I need an itemized bill for tax purposes. I am Locked out of online account. It does not recognize me because its a Disconnected Line login, in store people do not have access, and over the phone they can not share anything because I can't verify anything due to my account no longer existing. I have the last bill sent to me in paper- but it isnt itemized and I need itemized billing- or i need a way to regain access to my online account

Resolution update: By partnering with support, the issue of receiving the final invoice was resolved. If others encounter similar problems with being able to log into their account after disconnecting service, common factors can include not using your User ID instead of the phone number or not knowing the password.

Reportedly, you can login to My Verizon for up to 6 months after disconnection, if you use your User ID and not the phone number associated with the account. Your User ID is not necessarily the same as your forum username. If you forgot your User ID, see here:

There's also the one-time bill pay site which doesn't require a login to My Verizon:
