Is billpay down?

I tried to bill my bill online and via mobile app and even at the suggestion of the CHAT agent via phone.

All my credit cards say they are invalid lol.

I tried to add another one and it says it is involid as well. I called by CC issuer and verified the number. I then used it on Amazon and went back again to try and add it with no luck.

The phone robot tried to process it and said it was an invalid number lol.

Anybody else having this issue?

Making a payment should always be an easy process. Help is here. Has there been any changes on your account recently? Was the account recently past due?

Also wanted to let you know, now that you processed the payments for me, I went back in and it allowed me to add that CC. Lol................ Magic.

No but I guess it will be if Verizon can't figure out why the credit cards are not working and I can't even add a new one. Everything says invalid.
