It all began with the Samsung ZFlip4 5G and ends with Samsung S23 FE. The flip had a hinge defect and after opening and closing it so many times it broke. Verizon sales rep then sold me on the Galaxy S23FE saying it was my best option . 2 payments on 2 devices and 2 plans , 2 numbers and I only use 1 phone ..HELP,
