the whole notion of getting a specific link on a phone to sign in is just ridiculous. For one if the phone is not functional. You can't verify. Other than that the issue over the last several days has been I've been thrown in a loop. I sign in authenticate it's supposed to send me a link but then sends me back to the login page before I get the text notification with that linkโฆ Tried it on Safari, tried it on a different computer, same thing.Then on chat it states we're experiencing widespread system issues, but the chat has stated that for over a week nowโฆ How am I supposed to pay the bill if I can't login or see how much I oweโฆ
