How do I get out of my contract when I'm not even a year in? I am so fed up with Verizon's billing and service

The easiest ways are to switch something around (swap out the device, or change the service plan you have). I've seen people accidentally break their contract by doing one of those. Or you can disconnect your line or port out. Be warned that breaking a contract will mean you must pay off the entire balance remaining on any devices associated with the deal by the next billing cycle or 2, and there may also be other early termination penalty fees.
I'm not trying to pry, but what issues are you experiencing with your service? Someone here could have some advice or things to try.
Hello, I am sorry to see you feel this way and we would hate to lose you as a customer. I am sending you a private message now.
