I have tried everything to log into the "disconnected" login page and the account was locked "for security".
I need a copy of my Device Payment Buyout Charge Agreement, but I cannot login or find a way to unlock the account.
Can a Verizon representative open a case for me? I can't get chat assistance because I am not able to sign in at all.

Hi, I'm pretty sure the disconnected account login URL was changed recently. I'm not sure if this one is the correct one, or the other one I've seen posted by Verizon agents elsewhere:
Disconnected Account Login
Moderator: This link ^^ is correct. It does require that you sign in with your user ID (not your phone number). If "forgot password" is presented to you, you can attempt to reset your password. If that doesn't work, customer service can send a copy of the paper bill to the address on file - https://www.verizon.com/support/contact-us/
If you get locked out for some reason, the system won't let you login again for at least 24 hours. As for copies of bills or statements, it's possible your latest bill/statement hasn't generated yet. Seems to take more like 2 billing cycles for everything to completely clear out of the system based upon other threads I've read in the forums. This was also my experience when I left one of Verizon's large competitors. You should get a copy of your last bills, etc. through snail mail.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
