So due to holidays my check has been delayed and I spent over 4 hours yesterday trying to get somewhere with this.. due to customer service reps neglecting to do their jobs now I am cash restriction only. Yesterday I was supposed to have a call back and never got one. argued with a rep named Tin, got to a supervisor that was trying to help and she scheduled a call back that I never received. Now all of a sudden I can make a promise to pay and my services are inturrupted... I can not be with out services due to sever health issues. Verizon wants to continue to raise prices knowing that people can not afford it with todays economy!! I'm beyond upset and furious. they have gone down hill and I'm at the point of taking my business else where.
