I cannot wait for this 3 year contract to end. I am still being overcharged on 5 of the devices as the promotion they have applied was not what the promo was.  No one can get it fixed, not the store , not customer service. It has been a 4 month, YES FOUR MONTH nightmare. They still have yet to provide a promotional credit on my 6th line at all. Verizon is terrible and as soon as I can exit to someone else I will. I have been a customer for almost 6 years and I cant wait to leave. It has been a nightmare. My suggestion never commit to Verizon.

Resolution Update: By partnering with support, the promotion issue has been resolved. If others encounter problems with losing a promotion, some common issues can include these items. Not meeting the promotional requirements of the offer. An error with the promotion system or if a plan change to an ineligible plan occurred.

Report them to the BBB! I have the SAME problem, as many other loyal customers are also being bamboozled. This is fraud. Report them!!!! Search Verizon headquarters and use their New York address.

I've contacted Verizon multiple times over the past 6 weeks about the same issue.... not getting device credits for promotion.  Customer service is a blackhole.  Have open service request and nothing is being done.  When I check on it they kick the ball back into my course saying "we have an update.... log in to see..." and then it just says to continue conversation, more information is needed... without specifying what info.  And if I connect to a live agent it is always someone new who never reads the case notes, asks "how can we help put a smile on your face" but NOTHING is being done on the open service request
