error in equip servioce listed on bill

My bill is incorrectly showing 2 FIOS TV connections when both my origional order and the invoice for the actual equip shipped both only have 1FIOS TV connection which is what I actually have.  I have been unable to get this factual error corrected and the correct billing applied to my account.  I have had no luck getting this corrected thru all available normal customer service channels,  What else can I do???
