Can someone please give me the physical address for where to write a written complaint to the company?
I have been a customer since April and have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue. Each time I call, I need to wait to speak to a supervisor. Each time they "assure" me it will be resolved. I have been told multiple times that I will get a call back to let me know the status of the resolution. Nothing has been fixed, and I continue to need to call back and spend more time trying to fix it.
I would like to send a formal complaint to the company and a request to have it resolved without more hours spent on my end. Thanks!
