Can someone please give me the physical address for where to write a written complaint to the company?
I have been a customer since April and have spent hours on the phone trying to resolve a billing issue. Each time I call, I need to wait to speak to a supervisor. Each time they "assure" me it will be resolved. I have been told multiple times that I will get a call back to let me know the status of the resolution. Nothing has been fixed, and I continue to need to call back and spend more time trying to fix it.
I would like to send a formal complaint to the company and a request to have it resolved without more hours spent on my end. Thanks!

Same - I am beyond frustrated with the runaround I have been getting from Verizon to fix issues that should have been resolved with one call. I have spent hours on the phone and on chats. I thought it was resolved, only to see those charges show back on my bill randomly two months later.

Hello I had issues with them and they fixed it the next bill ! Please contact them on the chat on the Verizon app many times they will work better on chat !

They fixed it on my last bill, but then it came back on this bill. And now I'm getting the same runaround on the chat.

I just spent another two hours on the phone with Verizon yesterday with no resolution and none of the credits that I was told I would get. I am taking my business elsewhere. Even if it's more expensive, it should be less time consuming.
