financial help with my phone bill

I was wondering if Verizon would help with my monthly bill. I have been out of work since October 13, 2023. The only income we have is my wife's disabilities. I have been a customer for a long time now, and I just need a little break.

Sorry to hear of your troubles.  What about switching your account to prepaid to save some money?  Good luck in your job hunt.
