free phone deal

Verizon keeps charging a monthly payment on a new phone that was offered for free in May 2024. Each time I call, they say I have to wait 2-3 billing. I have called twice now & get the run-around. They are still charging me 4 months later.  Who can I call to get my credits once & for all?
