I am writing to express my concern regarding a charge of $352.59 for the month of September 2024, despite the fact that I was a T-Mobile customer until October 22, 2024. I am uncertain about the reasons for this charge. I have attempted to resolve this issue through multiple calls over the past seven days, yet I have not received satisfactory assistance. During a conversation yesterday, a representative offered me $100 as a resolution to my complaints, which I find unsatisfactory. I kindly request immediate attention to this matter. Thank you.
