i had 2 different account's with my 5G internet and phone bill with the same email. i told verzion i wanted to get keep the old account not the new one. i had two account names ***** and ***** i wanted them to get rid of the ***** which was the mobile account. also ***** was my 5G internet account i wanted both my phone and internet combined on the ***** account instead it got combined with the ***** account and what's worse there charging me almost 150 dollars i can't pay for that. my phone bill is suppose to be 40 dollars a month and my 5g interent is suppose to be free cause of the foward of auto pay and paper free billing. so why i am getting charged almost a 150 dollars for no reason? i can't afford that. also i want to change my due date for the bill. it's not letting me do that also.
