i phone 15 pro max 3rd phone since August 2024

We upgraded my sons phone in August 2024. The representative gave us a great deal. The deal never made it to billing. I deal with it monthly. Not long after we got the first phone, the screen went white and flashed. That phone was replaced. We went on a trip recently out of state. The phone stopped being able to connect to WiFi and any network. We were told that needed to be replaced, no repair could be done. We sent that phone in and told them there was a scratch on the screen before it was sent in. We got the new phone and managed to save data with lots of work to do that. We  now have a notice that we are being charged for the scratch on the screen. They told us that was not a problem!!! Anyone have this much trouble in seven months or with Iphone 15 pro max?
