iPad on the payment plan

Last month I trade in my iPhone 13 pro Max for the iPhone 15 plus and I purchased a brand new iPad. When I received my bill this month it was over $1,000!! Verizon is charging me over $700 for a one-time charges!! Yes, they did take in my iPhone 13 Pro Max and I'm receiving my credit for it, so when I reach out to Verizon they inform me the charge was for an iPad. But, I got my iPad on the payment plan and my bill is charging me my monthly payment for the iPad. Verizon is basically charging me for an additional iPad that is not in my possession and never was. They are basically just charging me almost $780 extra for no reason. Yes, I double check my iPad is on payment plans and it shows on the "next estimated bill" the next payment for the iPad. I reached out to Verizon three times already and I just get told that it was a mistake and they would be removing the charge. The first agent told me to wait 24 hours for it to reflect on my bill, the second agent said to wait 24 - 48 hours, and the last agent I spoke to told me to wait 5 to 7 days. I do not understand the issue, when your own agents acknowledge you guys made a mistake on the charge.  The only thing Verizon is trying to do is steal money from me.  I refused to pay my bill since there's no reason behind the humongous charge. They cannot expect me to pay those $780 and still charge me every month for my iPhone 15 and iPad device.

We never want to see you get a bill for something you didn't use, and we would like to take a closer look to your situation. I'll be sending a Private Note, please reply to it, so we can get started.
