iPhone 15 Pro Promotional Credit Wrong

So I’m a new Verizon customer taking advantage of the iPhone 15 pro max 256GB deal explaining that any new customer would be getting the phone for free ($30.55 promotional credit every month) on 10/23/24. I bought the phone online and went to pick it up in store that had it in stock. I went over to the store and they said that my order wasn’t fully complete or they couldn’t find it and that the phone that I ordered was there but was put on some lock/hold due to complications on the order but it was in fact mine that I ordered. We then continued to cancel the online order and created a new order in store. After completing the in store purchase and going home with the new phone, I realized that the promotional credit is completely wrong. It changed from $30.55 a month to $14.99 a month which makes buying the phone not worth it since it was advertised as free. I contacted Verizon support the next day and they filed a promotional credit correction form and made sure to submit it. Next day, nothing changed nor did I get a confirmation on pending applications being submitted. I went into the store and talked to a rep who then contacted customer support with me and they filed another promotional credit correction form and stayed on until the form went through. They ensured that it would change the promotional credit was going to be $30.55 and that I was going to change in the next business cycle. I waited for the next business cycle and still no promotional credit change and I had to pay the extra promo cost for the phone. Is there anything else I can do to make these corrections? I really need help in making these changes or else I may need to cancel my Verizon account due to this situation. Thanks.
