Verizon has put my account status into a “only pay in cash only in a store” status which is wild and have never heard of such a thing. Further, I’ve been told this will continue for the next six months and it cannot be lifted. No one can give me an explanation for how my account ended this way. I’ve been a loyal customer for 10+ years always used auto pay and always paid on time. I have service connected disability and can not physically travel to a store. What Verizon is doing is in violation of the Americans with Disabilities Act
