I purchased a phone back on 10/8/23 and never received it. Verizon placed it under the black list but has yet to cancel the contract and im still being charged.
A payment of 481 was taken out of my account and i contacted verizon to stop payment and verizon custmer service is stating it was refunded which if it was my account would not be negative 481 and my verizon balance would be 647 dollars and not 166.
This has been going on for months and months and no resolution. I just want my money back and everything canceled this is a horible compnay.
