overcharged on billing

  • Since 2016. I'm always overbilled... Past 19 monthsThree phones was supposed to on Verizon which is free for device payment. And one device $5. I e been  charged around $15 for the 3 lines free lines.Also they cancelled my insurance...without.my permission now I have to pay 100 of $s to pay off a phone to get a new one bc it was stolen ...then pay for a new phone as well which will be just as much...i was supposed to get the $25each line  for plan that they offered when I added 4 th line. Which I'm not receiving!!!Every month now I have to call in to fix my bill. They're always overcharging. So please look at your bills every month to make sure they're right... They snuck and added to Disney and other add-ons to my bill as well. Please check your add-ons and device payment s...iv been overbilled since 2016... Please check your bill every month and please call as soon if you find error ...ty
