phone replacements never received

I transferred from a different cell carrier after 20 yrs because I thought this was the right move. problems started when I upgraded my phones and got the promo watches and tablets. I paid all that was remaining so I wouldn't owe after credits on any device. well they screwed that up. not to mention I never got 1 of my devices that by the way was a Xmas gift. and the credits weren't acuralty applied. and they gave me the wrong watches. well, this was a complete disaster. not to mention they were charging me for a device that was never activated or sent out. well this lasted over 6 months and still, there is issues.

now i had issues with 3 of the new phones and 2 got sent replacements. I never received them. I had done this in the store, so I went in the store to inquire about them a couple of times. they gave me the run-around and then said they couldn't help and that I needed to call customer care. well, I did. I ended up getting charged a non-return fee of 999 and 1299 on the phones I still hadn't received.  so, I called again.  I lost track of how many people and supervisors I have talked to and how many promises that my account would get fixed, I would get calls back, my stuff resent. to non of them being held. i have dealt with being called a Lier, to prove anything I'm saying when these calls are supposed to recorded. and even yelled at and refused to give me supervisor.  I did everything they told me including claim w shipping and police.  and somehow out of the blue I was told fed ex  had my package and i went and got it. it was opened and messed with. I contacted Verizon and told them i got them and transferred from old devise to new and shipped these back to Verizon. I was then told again the charges would be removed but give them 2 weeks to receive and process.  in the middle of all this my account was disrupted several times after being told it wouldn't be and then when I it was that the charges would be removed. to even doing a buyout to one of the phones. so my account keeps getting higher. I kept paying every month what I was told to pay without all the extra, and now they are saying they won't do anything I have been promised. that I have to go after to shipping co. I'm so extremely upset. I just wanted my account to be normal. and to count on what people at this co do what they say they will. without being treated like i have. the amount of people I have talked to , the time and stress.
