Subscribed to the offer of Paramount+ with Showtime Annual plan which supposed to give me 1Year Netflix Premium free but i am getting billed via my Credit Card; Called Customer Care multiple times and looks like bunch of noobs who is not able to see this under my accout.

Apologies as those images are just showing up as yellow triangles for us, normanalwyn. I don't doubt that you're seeing billed charges, or you wouldn't be reaching out for support. Have you had a Netflix on us promotion in the past with +play? The reason I ask is that often times if you've had one in the past, you would not be eligible for another even if it were part of a different promotion.

That was not communicated when i had subscribed to it; I had spoken to the agents and they said it wont be charged!
