ported out mobile but still paying for +play

I've been paying +play subscriptions for netflix and starz from a deal signed up a year ago. Unfortunately I forgot to cancel the subscriptions before leaving verizon mobile and now I have no way to cancel the recurring bills/payments via +play. Additionally, because I still have Fios, the reps can't locate any subscriptions from Fios account and kept on upselling me to add the same subscriptions to Fios. Please help!!!
