I've just tried to pay my bill the way I have for years now. However, I'm now getting a "PIE Server Down" message. Used multiple browsers on multiple devices. Cleared the cache. Turned off VPN. Makes no difference. I see on here that people have the same problem but there is no solution and the threads are quickly terminated. Verizon customer service, can you please fix this issue?
