I am trying to turn off Auto Pay for my prepaid plan on my account, but I cannot log into the account, nor can I click "Forgot Info" to reset anything, because every action will land me on a "Sorry we are not able to process your request at this time." page every time.
I cannot call Verizon using the 1-800 number because I am located outside the US. (When I was in the US, I had called them to access the account, and I succeeded at that time, but now it's locked out again.)
I have done all the browser stuff (resetting cookies, using different browsers, etc) but that has done nothing.
