I am having issues with Verizon's billing. I called last month and asked them to take off a Travel Pass charge that was unwanted. After being on the phone with them for over 40 minutes, they said they resolved the issue, but now looking at my new bill, they did not refund the past months but are now billing again for it for all three of my lines. So i am being billed for $120 extra for a service that was unwanted for the last 4 months. How do I get this resolved. I am currently on the phone with Verizon again (35 minutes, most of the time on hold). How hard can this be? So frustrating.

I would also like suggestions on next steps. How do I cancel Verizon all together?
