I PURCHASED SOME EARBUDS FOR $252.00 AND RETURNED THEM..FIRST THEY SAID THEY DIDNT RECEIVE THEM, THEN THEY SAID THE DID RECEIVE THEM AND WOULD REFUND BUT I NEVER RECEIVED A REFUND..WAS ON THE PHONE AND CHATTING WITH VERIZON FOR OVER 6 HRS SINCE FEB ON THIS TOPIC AND IT STILL ISNT RESOLVED..GET A DIFFERENT ANSWER FROM EVERYBODY YOU SPEAK WITH EVEN WITH A TICKET NUMBER THEY STILL COULDNT GET IT RESOLVED......WOULDNT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I know I would be expecting a refund if I had returned a purchase myself, Jizzlemix1. I know how frustrated I would be if I were still waiting for that refund for 2-months with no end in sight. I received the refund now. but not how it was supposed to go, they credited my bill which works for verizon but is not the way it was explained to me on 3 diff occasions therefore it thru my finances off, i didnt need it credited to my bill!!!!
