So I ordered a ps5 off of Verizon (jun 17) and had it billed on my account but I returned it after a week (Jun 27) or so. I called them regarding the situation mentioning the device had been returned and delivered (Jul 3) and need them to change my bill to remove the PS5 charge. They kept telling me to not worry about the bill and that they will get it taken care of just to keep making payments on my phone bill which i did. Fast froward to today, made 3 phone calls already regarding the issue plus another random $200 charge they added. They suspended my service and is now giving me all kinds of excuses and issues saying they havenโt received the item back, sent the the tracking number all 3 phone calls. and that now I have to pay $335 to continue my service. So disappointed in this situation especially since I've called about it THREE TIMES.
