I asked to add 2 lines to my account (husband, son), and when they added lines, they added without my consent insurance to these lines for 2 phones that were not purchased from Verizon, also perks, which I never use it and don't need it. Accordingly, they charged me  for all of this. Also, I tried to return back home internet equipment, which is not accepted back at the Verizon store. To do this, you need to get a pre shipping label from Verizon to send back the equipment yourself. I'm waiting for more than a month for a pre shipping label from them, called to costumer services 5 times and I never got this, and I was charged $200 for date due, but it wasn't my mistake. Why should I pay for all this?! It's just disgusting. Verizon has some of the worst in store, by phone and online customer service I have ever experienced. I was more than 6 years  costumer but we're need to cancel this service
