I paid my past due bill to reconnect my service. Paid over 12 hours ago still no service and can not get a real person on the phone!
I know I would share your concern if I had paid my past due balance and my service was not yet restored, jpaudio. I know it can take up to 4-hours sometimes before service is restored, and you're well past that time period.
