My phone service as well as home LTE service are suspended!! Now I cant speak with anyone until payment is made. I refuse to pay for 3 LTE services and I need to speak or chat with a verizon agent!! I ordered home LTE, not one arrived but three arrived!! Now my first bill is $450!!!!! I let verizon know they had sent 3 devices and was told they were sending return lables, that was 6 weeks ago!!!! I made time to go to the local verizon store to return devices. I didnt have the paperwork for one device so i still have 2 and was told that if I had not had the paperwork that came in the unopened boxes i returned that the verizon store could not have accepted my returns!!!! so I am charged with 4 LTE plans and only one got turned on! I need help that sadly cannot be found by calling verizon or attempting to chat!!!!! I have no phone or home wifi completely ridiculous!!!!!
