why is the wait for customer service so long?

It's always a major issue, to reach customer support at Verizon. Right now, I've been on hold for 45 minutes, AFTER being disconnected after waiting 30 minutes. And this is because Verizon is billing me, AGAIN, for a service I didn't request, and never used.

I'm being billed for a rental movie (WICKED) which I didn't request, nor watch. I already called regarding this, and was told,  that the show was REMOVED (obviously not). Now, I'm being billed AGAIN, plus for a 'payment adjustment' (no idea what that means).

It's bad enough that the rates keep going up, but to be billed for something I never ordered, and waiting for HOURS, to reach ANYONE who can resolve this, is ridiculous. Whoever is responsible for customer support should look into how customer react to the stupid voice recognition system, and why the wait time to speak to someone is so long!

I am currently on hold of 95 minutes, and this is AFTER yesterday’s tech support of 90th minutes and the day before nearly 2 hours. We also tried our nearby store but they said they don’t do tech calls there and it must be done on the phone. We have 2 series 11 watches that they cannot activate….so frustrating.
