How to Redeem $300 Promotional Gift Card

When I signed up on Dec 1st, I was also eligible for the $300 e-gift card that was available when switching to Verizon. It said in the details that I would receive an email with more information in the next 8 days, but NEVER received any email about it. how do I get access to this email and how do I redeem the promotion after?

I am in the same boat. It shows the $300 promo gift card on my receipt and link to click to redeem but when I go there it takes me to my notifications, which are empty. Any help would be appreciated.

I am new verizon customer and I activated 2 new lines 1 a tablet and 1 a S24 and got a phone case and lab ear buds online. and got into the 300 0n us promotion. I am having the same issue-- I've tried multiple times to get support from Verizon and now today is the last day I can redeem the rebate. Please help. No promo code works, no rebate email was ever received, and none of my receipts have a code included.

When I entered the generic "300Promo24" code (not sure if that's it exactly, I saw it on another forum) it said it could not accept my submission for the rebate. My purchase was on 11/23/24.

Did anyone get help on this? I talked to chat several times and this last time I called and they told me they were taking care of it and I would receive a message. They also seemed very adamant about not calling in again before 5 days which it’s now been almost 10 days. Very frustrating because I was online and had the $300 cart promotion on screen but the rep I asked questions of insisted he could place the order and still get me the gift card. I’m sure it was to get credit on the sale.
