How to Redeem $300 Promotional Gift Card

When I signed up on Dec 1st, I was also eligible for the $300 e-gift card that was available when switching to Verizon. It said in the details that I would receive an email with more information in the next 8 days, but NEVER received any email about it. how do I get access to this email and how do I redeem the promotion after?

Resolution Update: Support confirmed that the issue of the missing promotional gift card was resolved.

 

If others encounter similar problems with redeeming a gift card rebate, common factors can include an ineligible plan, a device return, a waiting period that has not yet been met, and/or other unmet promotion requirements.

I am new verizon customer and I activated 2 new lines 1 a tablet and 1 a S24 and got a phone case and lab ear buds online. and got into the 300 0n us promotion. I cant seem to find where to redeem it. How can you guys help. Can i get a reply or link. The vzw.com/myverizon just take me to shopping. I appreciate you help.

I also don’t know where to redeem I click the link that was on the receipt and it takes me to my notifications on the app

I am in the same boat.  It shows the $300 promo gift card on my receipt and link to click to redeem but when I go there it takes me to my notifications, which are empty.  Any help would be appreciated.

I am having the same issue, I order online on 12-25-24 and it said that I could redeem it through the app or website.

I am also having the same issue. I applied for mine on 12/1 and it's stuck saying it'll be processed a week ago but it hasn't been processed yet and hasn't shown any change since 12/1.
