Well here I am still waitin even after talkin to the executive relations and them telling me that I will be receiving the promotional gift cards to pay off previous provider as they had in there promotion and I still haven’t gotten. I’m still gettin dragged along. I’ve never in my entire life seen a company so unprofessional and drag you along and have you waste so much time on something THAT THEY PROMOTED!
Verizon has not honored there promotion wasted my time ended up affecting my credit strung me along wasted my time disrespected me this by far the worst company I’ve ever had the misfortune of encountering. Watch out for them! I’d never switch to Verizon had I known all of this would happen! Be careful everyone!
