Looking for help from a VZW rep to get my old T-Mobile line paid off with the trade in promotion. I did this years ago and found a way before to do it through myVerizon, but can't find any way to do it this time. I know the promotion is still valid through November, just need assistance with getting my old T-Mobile bill uploaded to start the process for the debit card deal.
I saw several similar posts, seems like people are getting help from reps on here through DM, so if a rep could DM me that would be great.
