cannot change a password with a community account
We have a community account for posting questions. We like that because why do we have to associate something with our account??? Today (and quite often) it doesn't seem to let me login. Can't mark post as a solution
For some months now I do not see a button next to any posts which will allow me to mark them as a solution. Obviously the process still works for some. I'm using a PC to access the forums with the Firefox browser. If someone else has marked a post as a solution, I do get the "Helped me too" button at the bottom of the post.
Profile picture shows Finish Registration
When I click my profile picture the popup shows Finish Registration. What does this mean and how do I fix it? As far as I can tell I am properly registered.
Website not created for laptops
The current website is not compatible with laptops that have a screen smaller than 14 inches in height. The header takes up sthe top 4 inches and the footer takes about the bottom 1-2 inches. Can't delete private messages
For several days I've not been able to delete PMs which I don't need any more. If I select "delete all" or try to click the trash can icon on a message in my inbox, the screen just grays out and the system just gets stuck in a loop going nowhere. Have to close the browser window to make it stop.
Now that I have gotten verizons attention, I cant send message, says I have reached my limit?
So, I got a message to contact this person . but when I try to send reply, it says I have reached the limit of my messages even though i only sent two? another reason to leave verizon.
Save Display Choices on Forum
When I select a choice for where to go in the Forum and get the list of posts in the selection I want, it is NOT saved when I go back. Going back always defaults to MOBILE and FEATURED TOPICS. It would be nice/convenient if my/our choices are retained so we stay on what we chose/want instead of having to choose them again.…
