  • WORST customer service ever! Pathetic! Over 14 hours in chat, multiple calls for customer service. Over a week in waiting for support. Multiple lies that can be verified in the chat conversations. Reps that are too lazy to look over account history to see what problem is, instead want me to explain it again. Tired of explaining to a new person everytime. Do your job, read case notes. Know what's going on, before asking repetitive questions. Lies. Hangup. Wasted time. Now have email into the Executive Office about customer lack of service.

I am also a long time customer, Verizon’s customer service has been so bad lately 0/5 stars.

They will lie to you, then after lying to you they will not honor what they said. After my previous dealings with them I want to switch carriers immediately.
