I started a chat at 7:30 and after being disconnected 7 times I gave up at 11:10.....I had 7 different representatives that would get within 1 minute of completing the task and then I would be disconnected and have to start all over......the best part is that I got to verify my account information EVERY TIME I GOT SOMEONE NEW!!! And then for additional fun I got to explain the ENTIRE SITUATION again which is one of my most favorite things to do......
I GAVE UP AND STILL DON'T HAVE MY PROBLEM SOLVED
