Calling Customer Service

I made a call to the Verizon customer service line and was met with AI it was the most complicated and stressing situation I have ever had when trying to connect to customer service. I find it sad this company wants your money but lacks the quality to make sure the customers can get the service you need. I told my customer service of my issue she just went dead silent on the phone and wouldn't respond to me. So are you not allowing these workers to respond when we tell them they did a great job and the ai garbage in the beginning is un useful and wastes alot pressure time and patience trying to get directed where I need to go. Just go back to how it should be  press 0 for customer service. I don't even get more than 1-2 bars at my location this is really making me consider changing phone plans.
