Verizon's customer service has gotten worse over the years. This is the reason why they dont ask for Customer feedback after a call / chat. I had to spend 3 hours of my time for incorrect invoicing by Verizon. Their plans are horrible with hidden fees and items that dont make sense. Charges for Wifi calling? Why?
Their customer service department does not understand their own Invoicing process. This has been a horrible experience that I have with Verizon. No more of Verizon now.
