I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment with the incredibly poor customer service I have received from your company. I have encountered multiple issues over the past few weeks that remain unresolved, despite countless attempts to reach out for support.
On one particularly frustrating occasion, I was on the phone with a representative who claimed to be from Verizon's corporate office (Visha with a corporate number, 974817) (Probably fake as he was not from corporate). After explaining my issue in detail, I was put on hold, only for the representative to start speaking before hanging up on me after leaving me on hold for another 25 minutes. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional.
Additionally, I had been on hold for over an hour prior to this call, and the issue I have been trying to resolve has required me to visit my local Verizon store five separate times, all three employees pointing fingers are each other. The lack of competency and disregard for my time is infuriating. I was hoping to resolve this matter with a quick phone call, but instead, I have been subjected to endless hold times, miscommunication, and unhelpful service.
As a long-time Verizon customer, I expect much better service than what I have experienced. I am requesting a prompt resolution to my issue, as well as an explanation for the poor handling of my case. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to reconsider my future with Verizon.
