Called in for help with phone. Spoke to Jay or James July 17,2024 at 6:55 pm and can’t believe how rude he was. Asked to speak to a manager and he said no I cannot transfer you. Then he goes on to say wait I will be notating your account that you the client was not helpful. He then said I agree I do not want to speak to you either. Then he turned off notifications and texts coming from Verizon so I could not rate him.
