I called in to cancel my Verizon account after switching over from T-Mobile. It had been less than a month and I had been having nothing but problems. Whitney from team McGriff in North Carolina took ownership of my problem and helped me with the issues I had been speaking to multiple representatives about. She truly deserves to be recognized for going above and beyond for customers and actively listening.
